概述

Perfect-FOCUS(TM) is designed to clean and concentrate protein samples that give poor protein spot resolution during 2D electrophoresis. Protein samples containing interfering agents, including ionic detergents, metal ions, substrates, substrate analogs, inhibitors, and other charged molecules, routinely result in smeared or low resolution gels. Treated samples are compatible with mass spectrometry analysis and show identical peptide spectra.
